Purebred Trakehner Filly, foaled May 2008 by Guy Laroche out of Social Grace

Sport Royal Firenze is a tall, black, very elegant filly. Royally bred for performance. Her sire, Guy Laroche, is a premium stallion by the 2006 German Trakehner Stallion-of-the-Year, E H Michelangelo. Michelangelo and two of his premium sons, Guy Laroche and Kennedy are all in the top ten of sires of high scoring stud book Trakehner mares. Summertime is another premium stallion by Michelangelo and is the sire of the second highest selling Trakehner at auction. Michelangelo and his many approved sons (such as Michellino) are sires of many international winners (such as Just Mickey, Olympic medallist). Guy's dam, Miami is also the dam of Monteverdi and Miami Vice. Guy is well known for producing athletic offspring with good temperaments.

Social Grace's dam, Sevilla is a 3/4 sister to the renowned Kostolany. Kostolany is a leading producer of dressage horses as well as sire of good jumpers and eventers. Three of his offspring are in the top 10 of the 2006 WBFSH rankings. Kostolany is the sire of approved stallions including E H Gribaldi, Tolstoi, Silvermoon, Showmaster, SansSouci. Kostolany is the grandsire of '06 silver medallist WEG - Blue Hors Matinee and also Cadeau and Painted Black winning Grand Prix internationally now with Anky v Grunsven. Kostolany is the damsire of jumping sensation Hirtentanz and many other top performers.

This filly is linebred to Pasteur xx also through Enrico Caruso by Mahagoni by Pasteur xx. Enrico Caruso was one of the best Trakehner sires ever imported to North America. His other approved stallions include Trocadero and Lord Luciano.

Sport Royal Firenze will probably mature at about 17 hh.
